My Approach

As a student athlete, my fascination with movement and performance began early. My clinical practice as a therapist has evolved over the past decade to become increasingly patient-centered. My treatment protocols aren't guided by insurance requirements or wellness trends, but instead by observing and listening to my patients. My continued professional development has been to expand my toolkit with the best evidence-based techniques and methods so that I can better respond to my patients' needs in the moment during our sessions.

I believe that everyone wants to develop a more positive relationship with their bodies, feeling strong and capable of their full potential. By practicing mindfulness and attentiveness with my patients and clients, we can engage in building that positive relationship. From there, we find opportunities to overcome pain and movement dysfunction and ultimately build strength and capacity to achieve goals.
